SYNTHESES AND ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF NEW CYCLOHEXAPYRAZOLINE DERIVATIVE

Abstract

A new cyclohexapyrazoline compound was synthesized by reacting 2,6-bis(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene) cyclo-hexanone (I) with hydrazine hydrate in methanol utilizing the microwave technique. The structure of the new cy-clohexapyrazoline compound was confirmed by elemental and spectral analysis. Finally, the antimicrobial activity of the new cyclohexapyrazoline compound (II) was studied.
